from pork rind, onions, milk, cognac 2%, eggs, salt, starch, garlic, pepper, parsley, nutmeg.

A mixture of snail flesh and pork, seasoned with Pineau de Charentes. An excellent product
for those who like fine food.
Ingredients: Neck and lean of pork, Charentais snails (helix aspersa maxima) 15%, broth
made from pork rind, Pineau de Charentes 5%, onions, milk, parsley, eggs, salt from the Ile
de Re, tomato concentrate, starch, pepper, spices. A possible trace of celery.
