FacbricationIn the company « Les plats du gîte » No big industrial production, our goal is not quantity but the respect for a local cooking tradition. We only use fresh meat from regional sources under strict regulations. 

No preservatives, no artificial colorings our products are all natural without freeze-dried jelly. They are all hand made with a HACCP certificate, which demands a faultless traceability. We can guarantee our products are produced by qualified staff, which allowed us to obtain the local certification « Produit en POITOU CHARENTES » (see logo for each product).
