Pâté grand-mère au Pineau 180g

 This is a traditional Charente pate which goes well on bread – a pate full of character.

Serving suggestions: to be eaten with good country bread or a freshly baked baguette,
deliciously accompanied by a dozen oysters.
Ingredients: Neck of pork, liver and fat of pork, broth made from the rind, onions, Pineau de
Charentes 4%, milk, salt, starch, pepper and spices.
